From Idea to Project Plan

One important purpose with this is catching ideas at an early stage, so that more relevant actors get the opportunity of joining in. The process management successively gains an overview over different actors’ interests and needs, which can be valuable in this dialogue. Ideas can have different origins and different ways in the process, but to offer a uniform management for ideas at early stages, here is a simple form:
